Sunshine Dinner Fundraiser.
How your donation works
This page offers two ways to give, depending on how you’d like to support our work.
The donation form at the top of this page is dedicated to a specific event or campaign. Donations made there go directly toward supporting that particular initiative and its related costs. If you are giving in response to this event, please use the top form.
Further down the page, you’ll find our general donation form. This option supports our organisation’s ongoing work and allows you to make either a once-off donation or set up a monthly recurring contribution. Monthly donations are especially helpful, as they provide consistent support and help us plan ahead.
Both options make a real impact — simply choose the one that best matches how you’d like to give.
Sunshine Dinner 2026
Join us for the first-ever Annual Fundraiser Dinner benefiting Sunshine Approach Foundation on April 18, 2026 from 5-7:30pm EST at the Delaware County Christian School's main campus. It will be an inspiring evening of community, purpose, and hope. Guests will enjoy a catered dinner while hearing the story of Sunshine Approach Foundation...our history, current work, and vision for the future, as well as how we are making a lasting impact in Mozambique by serving the poor, widowed, and orphaned.
This special evening will offer a meaningful opportunity to connect with the mission, celebrate lives being changed, and learn how you can be part of what’s ahead. This inaugural event aims to raise $65,000 to support our vital Sunshine Homes and Villages Projects, helping create safe, sustainable spaces for those who need them most.
Tickets go on sale March 1, so mark your calendar and be part of a night that will set the foundation for lasting impact.
We are currently seeking generous people to be event sponsors or to host a table and stand with us as partners in this meaningful mission. Contact us at info@sunshineapproach.org for more information.

We are a 501c3 non-profit organization. Therefore, all donations are tax deductible.
We are seeking organizations (businesses, churches, etc.) to partner with us in providing for the monthly expenses of our homes and our villages.
The amount for each house depends on the number of people living in the home, but the current average per house is $366.
We need sponsors for our Beacons of Light Community Projects. The monthly operating expense is $80, which is only $7 per child.
Donations to our general operating budget are very appreciated. With eight families in our care, there is always a need for medical attention, education, house maintenance, clothing, birthday presents, etc. We also have the salaries of our two staff members each month.
Our Sunshine Villages Project has needs as well. We have agricultural specialists who help the community families with their individual farms. We supply food crop seeds, fertilizer, cashew sapling trees, personal equipment and training for hundreds of subsistence farming families.
We encourage the farming families with rewards programs for working hard to maximize their cashew farm potential for success.
Our tractor and trucks for the Sunshine Villages Project need fuel and maintenance to assist the farming families with the harder work needed on their plots of land.

Sunshine in Africa
Sunshine in Africa has been shining for over a decade, sharing stories of hope, purpose, and transformation. What began with a dream to bring opportunity to Africa is now a thriving journey.
Come be part of the adventure -discover the heart behind the mission.
"This means the purchase of scads and scads of uniforms, book bags, shoes, belts, socks, school supplies, and text books. The list is as endless as the number of children for whom we must buy. "
"When we put out requests for donations for such causes, we truly are overwhelmed by the goodness that pours out of people."
" It has brought the meaning of our work into a new perspective for me. We not only are bringing children out of a hopeless past; we are saving them from a hopeless future. "
